Assessment/ Initial Appointment - £55

Our first session will be an assessment which allows me to get some information from you, better understand your reasons for coming to therapy, and if I'm the right therapist for you. It will be the first time we meet and gives you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me and if you want to work together.


Therapy Session - £55

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes and these are usually offered weekly. Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons so there is no set number of sessions. I offer short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs.
